News from Ugu is that the ratepayers association is getting busy. They have put together a service ranking and grading survey that might be useful to ratepayers’ association from other municipalities.

The Bendigo Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association came into being in 2008 as result of the dissatisfactions with the valuation outcomes of the properties in the Sea Park, Southport, Anerley and Sunwich Port area. We have approximately 65 members at the moment.
