News from Colesberg is that the town has recently won a court interdict to force the municipality to provide pre-paid electricity. The interdict and the court order makes interesting reading. At the moment it cannot be loaded on the site, but I will send you a copy on request.
Leeudoringstad

The SPRA has begun to engage with their municipality, requesting meetings with regard to mismanagement of service delivery and the reasons for water cut-offs in the town which apparently were as a result of unqualified people being appointed to posts within the municipality. The Groblersdal Budget
